PHASES OF COMPETITION

​We will crown six (6) national titleholders in 2018

National Miss Teen: Single, never married or had children & between the ages of 13-19 by the national pageant date of July 26, 2018. 


National Miss: Single, a single mother, divorced or widowed & between the ages of 20 - 35 years by the national pageant date of July 26, 2018. 


National Ms: Single, a single mother, divorced, widowed or married & at least 36+ years of age by the national pageant date of July 26, 2018. There is no age cap on this division.


National Mrs: Married/living with her spouse & at least 21+ years of age by the national pageant date of July 26, 2018. There is no age cap on this division.


National Ms Classic: Single, a single mother, divorced, widowed or married & at least 50+ years of age by the national pageant date of July 26, 2018. There is no age cap on this division.


**Special provisions will be allowed for those in the military for all divisions**


Phases of Competition

Each state delegate will compete in the following phases of competition at this year's national pageant: 

  • Private Interview (40%) A five minute panel style interview where the judges are able to get to know more about you. 
  • Glamour Wear (25%)  Each delegate is asked to select an outfit that best showcases her personality and glamourous side.  This outfit should make you feel beautiful inside and out.
  • Evening Gown (25%) & 
  • On-Stage Question (10%):  Each delegate is to select a full-length evening gown of her choice that makes her feel amazing that she will present themselves and answer their onstage question in. All the questions will be asked by one of our distinguished judges after their name is pulled from a fish bowl by each delegate.

RULES & REGULATIONS

ELIGIBILITY: 

  • She is a natural born female
  • She is a United States citizen 
  • She was born in, is a resident of, owns property in, attends or attended school in or is currently employed in the state in which she wants to represent at the national pageant competition (D.C. delegates eligibility extends to residents in MD & VA) 
  • She understands that the decisions of the judges’ panel are final 
  • She will attend & agrees to compete in the national pageant representing her chosen state or region 
  • She will not compete for another pageant title or pageant system of any kind while a reigning titleholder (outgoing queens are okay to compete with approval from COI/NMP) 
  • She agrees to abide by all the required services, rules & regulations governing this national pageant system. 
  • She must never have appeared partially nude in public, print, on the internet or in the media of any kind (this will be grounds for immediate termination if pictures are found - no exceptions) 
  • She must never have been convicted of a crime. If she has been accused, she will need to disclose this  ituation as soon as it happens. If it is found out that this is not the case, this will be grounds for immediate termination – no exceptions)   

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THE FOLLOWING;

  • The above outlined rules & regulations apply for the duration of any local, county, regional, state or national titleholder's reign (whichever applies). If there are any questions, please contact COI/NMP.   
  • All level local, county, state or regional titleholders shall reign for a period of one year from the date of their awarded title &/or until successor is crowned at a qualifying COI/NMP approved local, state or regional pageant competition and an approved State Director.   
  • All “At Large" local, county, state or regional titleholders shall reign for a period of one year from the date of their awarded title &/or until a successor is awarded the same “At Large” title for the next year.

Example: If you want to pay a $100.00 installment towards your entry fee, you will need to add $3.30 for the processing fees. 


If this processing fee is not added to the amount being paid, it will not be considered paid in full and you will be asked to make payment for the remaining balance owed.
